How long do items take to arrive?

At Sophie Kells Art and Jewellery your item will be processed, packaged and shipped within 2 days of your payment being received. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery. If your item is taking longer, don't panic, sometimes this is simply due to a busy period/weekends/ public holidays/ or redirection. If after 10 days your item has still not arrived please contact me at sophie@sophiekells.com

During busy periods such as November and December delays can occur due to Australia Post's heavy workload, and it is recommended that you purchase registered post so that you are not disappointed by an item being lost in the mail. I am yet to have a purchase not arrive to the customer but I have on occasion had items which are damaged in transit, this is also another reason why registering your post may be worth considering.
